MyGrover was born from more than three decades of experience in the employee benefits and insurance industry.
Co-founder Craig Lewis began his career as an entrepreneur in 1992 when he founded Employer’s Benefit Group in Sacramento, California. Under his leadership, the agency grew into one of Northern California’s largest and fastest-growing employee benefits firms. As the agency expanded, Craig experienced firsthand the operational challenges that insurance brokers face every day: managing client relationships, tracking commissions, organizing benefits data, prospecting for new business, and finding more efficient ways to serve customers.
Rather than accepting those challenges as “the way things have always been done,” Craig saw an opportunity to build something better.
Throughout his career, Craig has remained focused on one central belief:
The insurance industry can be more efficient, more transparent, and more valuable for both employers and employees.
That belief led him to create innovative solutions for agencies, employers, and brokers through multiple ventures, including Entente Administrators, LLC, where he continues helping organizations reduce costs and improve outcomes through thoughtful benefits administration and consulting.
Together with co-founder Mike Kesmodel, Craig helped develop MyGrover to solve the real-world challenges agencies face every day. The platform was designed by industry practitioners who understand the complexity of managing clients, commissions, leads, enrollments, and agency operations because they have done the work themselves.
